Thank you for your interest in our property!

Please read and complete all information sections provided. If you have any questions, contact us immediately at applications@texasrenters.com.  Email is the best way to get a quick response.  You must pay the application fee and prior to us beginning to process your application. We process applications and answer questions regarding applications M-F 9am to 6pm.  After we complete your credit screening, you will receive an e-mail where you will upload a copy of your drivers license and paycheck stubs.  Please do not e-mail that information, just upload it when your receive the document.  You will get a response regarding any missing data and regarding your meeting our minimum credit criteria within 1 business day after completing your application (M-F).  Typically, if you provide all of the required data for your landlord and employment information, we will have your application fully processed within 2 business days, depending on how quickly your employer and landlord get back to us the required verifications. 


The application fee is based on the number of contacts you list on the application. The total application fee will be displayed on the next page.

I have read, agree and affirm that all of my statements and information provided in this application are true and complete. I acknowledge that false, undisclosed, incomplete or misleading information herein may constitute grounds for rejection of this application, termination of right of occupancy of all residents and occupants under a lease and/or forfeiture of deposits and fees, and may constitute a criminal offense under the laws of this state.

I understand that this application is preliminary only and does not bind you to execute a Lease or to deliver possession of the premises to me. I have reviewed and understand the the Minimum Application Criteria Chart. I also understand that there may be multiple people applying to the property at the same time, and that I will not receive a refund of application fees if the Landlord or management company decides not to offer a lease to me, even though I meet the Minimum Application Criteria. Further, I acknowledge that I must submit to you 2 paycheck stubs and a valid government issued photo ID, the Required Documents, before my application is considered complete, and that if I do not submit the Required Documents, that I will not be entitled to a refund. I understand that if I am offered the opportunity to lease the property, that the home will remain on the market and that other applicants can also be offered the opportunity to lease the property until I and my co-applicants complete the lease agreement AND deliver the required payments under the lease agreement.

I authorize you to contact any references listed above and to obtain consumer reports, which may include credit, rental payment and/or eviction history and criminal background information about me and in order to verify the above information. I understand that as my prospective landlord, any co-applicants, occupants, or guarantors that may be added to this application may need to consent to and successfully pass consumer background screening reports.

By agreeing, I authorize you to obtain subsequent consumer reports, including credit reports, to ensure that I continue to satisfy the terms of my tenancy, for the collection and recovery of any financial obligations relating to my tenancy, or for any other permissible purpose. Further, if I have included information on co-applicants, other adult household members, and/or guarantors on this application, I affirm that those individuals have knowledge of their inclusion on this application and expressly authorize you to obtain subsequent consumer reports, including credit reports. I understand that you may report all positive and negative rental payment history to consumer reporting agencies who track this information for landlords, mortgage companies and other creditors. I and all occupants or guarantors hereby release from all liability or responsibility all persons and corporations requesting or supplying such information. This agreement, and the terms contained herein will survive my application and continue indefinitely.

I further agree that if TexasRenters.com, LLC is performing its duty or duties under a property management agreement, enforcing the provisions of an executed lease agreement, or making a leasing decisions in accordance with the above criteria, that I will not publicly disparage TexasRenters.com, LLC in any way. I agree that it would be difficult for TexasRenters.com to calculate the damages from disparagement, and agree that a fair approximation of damages to TexasRenters.com is $3,000.00 per public disparagement submitted by or otherwise encouraged by myself and my co-applicants. I affirm that this paragraph shall survive my application and continue indefinitely.

I have been provided with, and have read the information about brokerage services, and The Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice, provided on this website on the footer of the home page. I understand that If I am represented by Texas Realty Associates, that Texas Realty Associates is a dba of TexasRenters.com and that I consent to an intermediary relationship, as outlined in the form, Information About Brokerage Services.
