It is the policy of Real Property Management to provide for fair housing. We adhere strictly to the provisions of the Fair Housing Act which makes it unlawful to discriminate in rental services because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Neither do we intend, nor will we make any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
Upon receipt of your rental application, one month of paystubs, photo ID(s) and non-refundable application fee(s), you can expect and hereby authorize that we will: (1) check your credit report, (2) check public records for any past evictions, (3) verify your gross monthly income is at least 3 times the rent, (4) verify your employment, (5) verify your previous landlord references, and (6) conduct a criminal background check. We would encourage you not to apply if you have bad credit, bad references, have ever been evicted in the past, or have a criminal record.
The property must be accepted in "AS IS" condition before an application can be accepted, except where there is written agreement for maintenance or repair items.
Please be advised that all properties are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. The application fee is non-refundable, but your application will be kept on file for 60 days.
After you have completed the application, please submit one (1) most recent month's worth of paystubs and/or other income verification and photo ID for each adult occupant. These items can be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, ALL occupants over 18 must be included on the application.
