Your residential history, criminal background, income, and credit will be assessed.  Once your application has been approved you will receive an email confirmation.  Your approved application holds the apartment home for 24 hours as exclusively yours so that you may have time to sign a Rental Agreement.  The apartment home will continue to be marketed and shown until the Rental Agreement has been signed.  After 24 hours has elapsed the next qualified applicant will be allowed to sign the Rental Agreement.  Time is of the essence.


Prior to signing a Rental Agreement you will be required to provide photo identification.  General Property Management LLC will also be making a copy of this photo identification.

The Landlord/Agent and the Tenant agree to the use of electronic documents, e-mail delivery and electronic signatures in this transaction to the extent not prohibited by federal or Wisconsin law. If this is a consumer transaction where the premises being rented or the rental proceeds are used primarily for personal, family or household purposes, each consumer providing an e-mail address below has first consented electronically, as required by federal law, to the use of electronic documents in the transaction.
