Please be sure to upload the ID and income documentation for all applicants with your application Follow the upload directions on the 2nd page of the application. Acceptable IDs are state-issued driver's licenses or IDs and passports. Aceeptable income documentation includes:
> paystubs showing year-to-date income,
> most recent W-2s from current employer(s),
> 3 consecutive months of full bank statements (with all pages and transactions and no blackouts),
> offer letter of employment from employer, tax return & most current paystub,
> Social Security, child support, or other support disbursement letter
> tax return and most recent bank statement (self-employed only)
Forms of income not accepted: handwritten paystubs or verification of employment, retirement accounts, foreign bank account statements, financial statements self-employment invoices.
If you receive public housing assistance, please list that under the 'Employment / Income' section. Thank you.
