We are required to submit a signed release to verify rental and employment history. Please print out the release form that can be found in the Documents section of our website and fax it to us at 520-327-1630. A $40.00 non-refundable application fee must be paid online for each adult applicant, cosigner or guarantor. Applicantions to rent a property will be accepted upon a rental offer is accepted and a lease is signed by all parties and earnest money recieved. The order in which applications are received does not effect their priority. Thank you!

Rental Application Certification: I represent that all of the above statements are true and complete. I consent to allow Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management, Inc., to obtain and verify employment and residential history information THIS APPLICATION AND OFFER TO RENT IS SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE BY THE LANDLORD. THE PROPERTY IS OFFERED WITHOUT RESPECT TO RACE, COLOR, CREED, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN OR FAMILIAL STATUS. By acknowledgment, I hereby consent to allow Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management, Inc., to obtain consumer reports and criminal record information on me and to obtain and verify credit from credit reporting agencies and employment information from my employer and other references that have been supplied. The non-refundable application fee is $40.00 per applicant or co-signer. I understand and acknowledge that in the event there are multiple applications the best qualified applicant, in Fort Lowell Realty's judgment, will be approved and accepted. The order in which multiple applications are received does not affect their priority. I further understand that if found not qualified to rent the property applied for, my earnest money deposit will be refunded; if accepted, the deposit will be allocated to security deposit, fees and rent per the terms of the rental agreement. If I withdraw the offer to rent after being found qualified and notified of such qualification, the earnest money deposits will be forfeited. In the event a refund is required, such refund shall be prompt. Tenant is hereby notified that all security deposits are held in the Broker's trust account in an FDIC insured bank, and interest is retained by Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management, Inc., to offset accounting expenses. Keys will be furnished only AFTER all required papers have been signed and ALL monies due have been paid in full unless other arrangements are made in writing and have been accepted by all parties.
