 Thank you for your interest in our property! Please read and complete all information sections provided. 

(1) To process this application a $45 Non-Refundable Application Fee is required per applicant.This can be paid via credit/debit card on the next screen, following the application. Section 8 Applicants: Check availability of homes that match your voucher prior to submitting your application.

(2) A Non-Refundable Administrative Fee of $125 will be due for approved applications and is payable with Security Deposit.

(3) All Security Deposits must be paid within 48 hrs (2 business days) of application approval to hold your desired property.

(4) Contact your Leasing Agent 901-385-3119 ext #1 or the Leasing Office 901-385-3119 ext #91 after your application has been submitted. They will give you further instructions in order to complete the process.

(5) You will be required to submit the following documentation:

 Copy of Photo ID

 Proof of Income (minimum 2 most recent pay stubs

 Most recent utility and/or cell phone/cable bill


The application fee is based on the number of contacts you list on the application. The total application fee will be displayed on the next page.

By agreeing, I authorize you to obtain subsequent consumer reports, including credit reports, to ensure that I continue to satisfy the terms of my tenancy, for the collection and recovery of any financial obligations relating to my tenancy, or for any other permissible purpose. Further, if I have included information on co-applicants, other adult household members, and/or guarantors on this application, I affirm that those individuals have knowledge of their inclusion on this application and expressly authorize you to obtain subsequent consumer reports, including credit reports. I understand that you may report all positive and negative rental payment history to consumer reporting agencies who track this information for landlords, mortgage companies and other creditors.
