Thank you for your interest in our property! Please read and complete all fields below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office at (616) 301-9450. After your application has been submitted, you will be contacted by our management office on the status of your application. Applications are ran in the order they are received.

Fully complete the application and be sure to pay the application fee via credit card. We will not consider your application unless we receive the completed application along with the application fee.

  • The application fee is $35.00 per adult applicant or guarantor applicant, 18 years of age or older. Every occupant 18 years of age or older must fill out an application. APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  

The following items are required before an application is approved:
  • Proof of income- for all applicants (last 2 months of paystubs from current employer) must be submitted to our office. If starting a new position, then submit an offer letter on company letterhead.  Send via email
  • Self-employed applicants - must submit previous year's filed tax return for income verification.
  • Copies of Driver's License or government issued photo identification card - for all adult applicants must be sent to our office before we can approve your application. Send via email

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • A $100 lease administration service fee will be charged to all new leases at the time of lease signing (Not Applicable for Boltwood Apartments-See Below).

Pet Policy:
Staffordshire Terriers (a.k.a. Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinscher's, wolf-dogs, Chow-Chows, Akita's, German Shepard's and other traditionally aggressive breeds and animals with a history of agressive behavior are not permitted. Mixes of restricted breeds are prohibited as well.

Pet Fees/Deposit (Not Applicable for Boltwood Apartments-See Below):
  • Additional Security Deposit of $250 (Refundable) + Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $100.00 (One-Time Fee at move in).
  • Additional Pet rent of $35 per month for up to 2 pets with $35 per pet after 2 (Monthly Fee, Non-Refundable).

Boltwood Apartments:
  • Non-Refundable Administration Fee of $350 due to reserve room.
  • Pet Fee/Rent: Additional $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Additional Pet rent of $35 per month for 2 pets.


The application fee is based on the number of contacts you list on the application. The total application fee will be displayed on the next page.

If applicant is approved and wants to hold the unit, they may put down the full amount of the Reservation Fee to hold the unit for up to 30 days from the date of the payment. If approved and applicant does not subsequently sign a lease agreement, the full amount of the Reservation Fee will be forfeited to cover the costs of holding that unit for applicant. A unit will continue to be shown and available for lease until the Reservation Fee is paid in its entirety. A partial Reservation Fee will not hold a unit. The Reservation Fee will transfer and become the tenant's security deposit only if a lease is executed for the unit.

I have read, agree and affirm that all of my statements and information provided in this application are true and complete. I acknowledge that false, undisclosed, incomplete or misleading information herein may constitute grounds for rejection of this application, termination of right of occupancy of all residents and occupants under a lease and/or forfeiture of deposits and fees, and may constitute a criminal offense under the laws of this state.

I understand that this application is preliminary only and does not bind you to execute a Lease or to deliver possession of the premises to me. I authorize you to contact any references listed above and to obtain consumer reports, which may include credit, rental payment and/or eviction history and criminal background information about me and in order to verify the above information. I understand that as my prospective landlord, any co-applicants, occupants, or guarantors that may be added to this application may need to consent to and successfully pass consumer background screening reports.

By agreeing, I authorize you to obtain subsequent consumer reports, including credit reports, to ensure that I continue to satisfy the terms of my tenancy, for the collection and recovery of any financial obligations relating to my tenancy, or for any other permissible purpose. Further, if I have included information on co-applicants, other adult household members, and/or guarantors on this application, I affirm that those individuals have knowledge of their inclusion on this application and expressly authorize you to obtain subsequent consumer reports, including credit reports. I understand that you may report all positive and negative rental payment history to consumer reporting agencies who track this information for landlords, mortgage companies and other creditors. I and all occupants or guarantors hereby release from all liability or responsibility all persons and corporations requesting or supplying such information.

Application Fee is Non-Refundable.

At the time of lease signing, a $100.00 lease administration fee will be charged to resident's ledger. This charge is not charged on a per-resident basis, rather it is charged once for the property or unit being rented.
